A Different Kind of Property Investment

Specialist Supported Housing provides long-term homes for adults who need a level of additional support to live independently, including people with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, autism, and mental health conditions.

The properties themselves are ordinary residential homes, adapted with these residents in mind, and let to an approved housing association rather than to an individual tenant. Every property that comes into the sector is one fewer person left in unsuitable, or more costly, institutional care.
